Permanent liner carts are perfect for transporting mail, linens, parcels and much more. Being permanent, the vinyl liner is riveted in place around the steel frame of the cart. The liner completely forms to the shape of the wire basket and can come in one of six colors. Our liner also comes with two handles for moving cart from either the front or rear. Four casters are on the bottom, two rigid and two swivel are standard, but also available in six caster tilt pattern for best maneuverability.
